Warranty Policy
Warranty guidance for printers, consumables, and spare parts.
Last updated: July 31, 2026
Warranty handling depends on product type, manufacturer rules, supplier terms, item condition, proof of purchase, serial number, and correct use. This policy prepares the platform for transparent warranty handling as product modules are added.
1. Printers
New printers may carry manufacturer or supplier warranty subject to official terms. Refurbished printers may have a limited warranty period depending on condition, testing, and sale terms confirmed at purchase.
2. Toners and Ink Cartridges
Consumables may be covered only for confirmed manufacturing defects or incorrect supply. Opened, depleted, refilled, mishandled, expired, or incorrectly installed consumables may not qualify.
3. Spare Parts and Maintenance Kits
Spare part warranty may depend on correct diagnosis, correct part selection, qualified installation, and manufacturer/supplier rules. Electrical damage, wrong installation, liquid damage, power issues, or misuse may void warranty.
4. Warranty Claim Requirements
Customers may need to provide invoice details, serial numbers, product photos, printer model, cartridge/part code, installation details, error messages, and a description of the fault.
5. Remedies
Approved warranty remedies may include repair, replacement, credit, refund, supplier claim processing, or manufacturer service referral depending on the product and claim outcome.
6. Exclusions
Warranty may exclude misuse, physical damage, incorrect voltage, unauthorized repair, wrong installation, software misconfiguration, consumable depletion, wear and tear, and damage caused by incompatible supplies.
